What we will need in return......

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate profitable sales.
  • Run 8-10 Company provided leads a week AND seeks out prospective customers with existing company customer database and new Self Generated leads.
  • Introduces our company and demonstrates roofing and window products in-home to customers, with a goal of earning business same day.
  • Assists customers with problem solving, project layout/design and in pricing.
  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
  • Follows-up on all proposals/estimates ‘left behind’ on a designated date set with the customer.
  • Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
  • Attends provided product training classes to develop superior industry product knowledge.
  • Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
  • Meets with customers after project completion to perform walk around, collect payment and get all related marketing customer agreed to help us with (i.e. reviews, before and after pictures, yard sign, etc.)
  • Reporting customer comments to management.
  • Performs other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job.
  • Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer/tablet accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations, demonstrated capability to develop strong working relationships and work in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer/tablet accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations, demonstrated capability to develop strong working relationships and work in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Physical Ability Requirements:

  • Ability to visit and move around at construction and other work sites, including the ability to maneuver in tight or small places and climb up and down a ladder safely.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 60 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 60 lbs.
